Jennifer Ondracek
Assistant Director of Finance and AccountingAs an Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting, Jennifer Ondracek performs a strategic role in the Director Leadership Team and the Finance and Accounting department. She is responsible for assisting in planning, implementing, directing, and managing staff, operations, and administrative functions of the department to ensure the efficient completion of scoped client services and the development and adherence to client budgets.
She began at Pinnacle in 2019 as an Account before moving up to Assistant Accounting Manager, then Accounting Manager. Mrs. Ondracek’s experience with municipalities began in her home state of North Dakota where she also developed a background in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she worked in accounts receivable at an agricultural corporation in Colorado. Over the years, Mrs. Ondracek has developed skills in general ledger accounting, collections, customer service, and problem-solving.
Mrs. Ondracek earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Dickinson State University in Dickinson, North Dakota.
At home, she loves reading, crafting, and baking, though she confesses she’s not the best at the lattermost. Outside she’s happy to go on camping trips in the mountains or spend time with family. She’s a fan of watching football, especially when her sons are playing.
